He has represented both buyers and sellers in all areas of Westchester and Bronx Counties, and specializes in new developments, investment properties and luxury homes.
Born in Hampton Court, England, a Thames River London suburb famous for King Henry V111’s magnificent royal palace, Peter has been a successful entrepreneur in sales and management for most of his life. His ship brokerage business culminated in his acquisition in 1980 of North American Chartering Corp., the largest container ship brokerage in the U.S. As president and owner, significant exclusive client partnerships with the major container liner companies such as Sea-Land, United States Lines, Crowley were established and subsequent partnerships included The Commonwealth Group, a major ship brokerage and shipping/investment group that created and reported unique and trend setting shipping market indexes for major shipping publications worldwide.
Peter is currently a member of the Westchester County Board or Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing System.
